Job Description: Residential Supervisor (RS) for a Autism Spectrum Disorder home. Plan, Coordinate, schedule, and implement support plans for the two individuals residing in the home that staff must adhere by. Supervise 10 staff members, scheduling, time and attendance, and act as on-call supervisor for the ASD homes program. Complete and monitor all budgeting and billing transactions for both the home and the individuals, Collect and monitor data entries as it relates to purchases and/or clients finances. Experienced in microsoft office/excel, time and attendance, access, and computer competence. Order supplies needed through CSG approved suppliers. Attend and schedule all appointments that the individuals need to attend such as Psychology, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Gastroenology, ENT, and PCP. Orders all medications for the individuals and implement a Medication Administration Record

(MAR) for staff to administer medication per doctor’s order. Attend all supervisory meeting with Program Director (PD), Assistant Program Directors (APDs), other Residential Supervisors, Behavior Specialist, and Hiring Coordinator. Also, participate in Individuals Support Plan (ISP) meeting with the families, agency, and school administration. Daily communicates with the families of the individual and Dauphin County. Accompany individuals to and from community activities. Assist the individuals with personal care when needed. Collect data on behavior and social interaction daily, and record on a chart. Transport these individuals to and from their day programs, medical appointments, and community functions via 12 passenger vans with automatic hydraulic lifts. Trained and train individuals how to properly lock down wheel chairs while using the six point checklist. Assist these individuals in their daily ADL’s as needed. Administer medications and feeding according to their necessary route. Fill in for the Behavior Specialist on the floor to ensure that the direct care is being provided according to each individuals plan when needed.
