Reporting to the CEO, led the HR function for this $140 Million, 2,500 employee Behavioral Healthcare Company. Positioned this Private Equity, M&A driven company for rapid, scaled growth.

Implemented the first annual HR plan for this start up Behavioral Healthcare business.

Integrated six rapid acquisitions through the development of: the core Due Diligence and Integration processes, HRIS, Benefits, 401K, compensation and HR platforms. Reducing total costs by 300K and raising efficiency and information accuracy.

Assessed and upgraded Operational Leadership and HR teams in all subsidiaries.

Rationalized pay and bonus structures in the business and right sized the acquisitions, reducing unwanted turnover by 25% and driving $1 million savings in operational redundancies.

Implemented the Performance Management and Management Development Systems.

Co-led a major rebranding effort for the largest subsidiary.

RETAIL ME NOT, Austin, Texas 2012 - 2013

Led efforts to put into place the first Global HR function and team for second-stage digital media start up. Staffed company globally from 180 to 400+ employees and positioned firm for scalable growth. Positioned the business for a successful IPO in 2013.

Developed and Implemented: first multi-year HR plan, global staffing processes, on boarding processes, compensation systems, performance management system, employee and management development programs, and employee survey work.

Created and led organizational initiatives for $50M international provider of remote information technology management, including Security, WAN/LAN, IPT and applications services. Reported to CEO. HR leader for Cisco International Sales Organization and Remote Operations Services (ROS). NetSolve was acquired by Cisco Systems in 2004.

Directed HR integration ensuring business continuity and plan attainment. Results included Cisco ROS (NetSolve) plan attainment in first year with less than 7% voluntary employee attrition.

Facilitated reset of Cisco ROS senior team and ensured acquisition’s success by integrating two cultures.

Created Organizational and Talent plans for Emerging Markets. Upgraded/developed talent, planned compensation and drove workforce diversity. Netted a voluntary attrition drop of 60%.

GE INDUSTRIAL SYSTEMS, Austin, Texas 2001 - 2003
