Managed a product team that created and brought to market industry leading, next generation attendant software product. This VoIP application makes operators more productive and replaces hardware-based consoles. Provided Customer Research and developed Product Requirements for all features including those specifically for Health Care and Hospitality vertical markets.

Managed desktop and mobile device software products that provide users with dialing enabled directories, call logs, and collaboration tools to make daily communications easier and more productive. These products evolved into NEC’s current Unified Communications offerings.

Introduced two generations of application development platforms, the latest providing web services for SOA application integration in VoIP telephony applications and software interfaces for applications like Microsoft Office Communications Server.

Managed the UNIVERGE Solutions Partner Program, which provided integration development tools for global partners wishing to work with NEC communications platforms. Included working with web developers to design web based management features. Coordinated North American region of the global program and worked with other regions to provide coordinated program offerings.
