DANOS-Multiple domestic and international locations 2/2014–3/2016

Strategy Executive-Construction and Fabrication

Led strategic effort to plan and execute growth and quality initiatives; created process to identify, target, penetrate and manage strategic clients. Led team to identify key suppliers on target major CAPEX projects.

Executive Account Manager for major International Oil Company (IOC) client that drove annual revenue of >$25 million. Added service lines to this account, increasing revenue by an additional $12 million.

Created executive analysis of global fabrication market, leading to opening of deepwater fabrication facility (DFF). Persuaded Board to commit to 10-year, $15 million Capital Investment.

Operations and P&L responsibility for a business with an asset base of $120 million, annual revenue over $100 million and 350-plus employees. including 15 direct reports, and an industry leading Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) of 0.30 on over 2 million man-hours worked.

Led internal team that purchased of $80 million TETRA Hedron Derrick Barge.

Established a Strategic Account Management system to identify most profitable clients and relationships; top three target clients awarded the company a combined total of 374 workdays for the TETRA Hedron.

Improved fleet utilization to 73.4%; reduced uncovered vessel costs by more than 90%.
