Directed and managed the Sysco - SAP EIM development and deployment that spanned over a 6-year duration, with all aspects of this multi-year project completed on-time and on-budget. Also managed a 2-year Business Intelligence Enterprise (developing 200 SAP reports), while completing the 7-month implementation of “AnyConnect” Enterprise VPN Deployment. In addition, completed the Sprint Cloud Enterprise telephone conversion; all on-time and within budget.

Directed and managed the Personix Implementation Department. Highlights include national accounts of Nissan Motor Acceptance, Honda Financial, and Dell Financial. These conversions lasted 1.5 years in duration and were completed on time and within budget.

Directed and managed the entire BISYS Implementation Team, which converted more than 300 financial institutions on-time and within budget, from an EDS Financial Systems processing platform to a BISYS Base24 processing platform, within a 5-year duration period.

Senior Manager, Program Management – Scope of duties consisted of managing SAP development for the Enterprise Information Management (EIM) department providing global ERP Program/Portfolio management across several teams; Business Intelligence, Electronic Content Management, Information Conversion, Information Governance, Master Data Management and the Portal Team. Responsible for leadership of 80+ staff, consisting of Sysco and contractor resources, across all teams.

Approved vendor purchase orders totalling over $60.2 million, utilizing budget expense tracking in order to maintain accurate contract expense across all projects and teams, while maintaining the scope of deliverables, avoiding cost overruns.

Electronic Banking Implementation Manager– Responsibilities included designing and developing the implementation process for a national client-base of more than 300 financial institutions, generating over $35 million in gross profits, providing ATM/POS services, including terminal driving, debit card processing and bill payment products.

Successfully spearheaded development efforts with ATM manufacturers (NCR, Diebold, and Fujitsu) resulting in the improvement of product features and functionality for the ATM portfolio. Managed a staff of 12 specialists, as well as customer/vendor relationships, throughout the conversion process from the EDS Financial Systems ATM/debit card processing platform to the BISYS Tandem/Base24 ATM/debit card processing platform.
