performs in-and out-of-warranty repairs of consumer and infrastructure equipment on behalf of most of the industry-leading wireless equipment manufacturers, and warehouses and distributes wireless products using CTDI’s Cellular Distribution System (CDS). Online Processing (OLP) deals with tracking of the complete life cycle of a telecom unit/part from when it arrives to CTDI location for repair/maintenance till it is delivered back to the customer.

oRequirements elicitation, design and implementation for Warehouse Management system for Motorola at client location.

oPerforming key role to implement the customer order-reporting module by incorporating granular level auditing for each business process.

Description : The scope of this project consists of developing the Man Machine Interface for the BeDJ

Application for mobile handsets. BeDJ application is a melody composer that lets end-user create and share music, enjoying all the polyphonic capabilities of the phone. The end-user can create his sound using either a predefined music style, or any SP-MIDI or MIDI ring tone that is on the phone. The user can share the melodies by sending it to friends using MMS, Infrared or Email.


oInvolved in requirement analysis and high-level design of the application.

oDesigned and developed RAM management module. Since the available memory on mobile handsets is limited, we developed a separate module for allocation and deletion of memory.

oDesigned and developed the configuration module.

oDesigned and implemented the list screens for the application.

oDesigned and implemented the Touch Screen module for enabling user to access the application using the stylus.

oPre-Integration testing and Integration of the application on the actual target (mobile handset) at client location, Cellon (Le Mans, France).

Description : Abstract Syntax Notation (ASN.1) is platform-independent and language independent

notation for specifying data-structures at a high-level of abstraction. Acterna’s Network Analyzer captures the specific protocols from the network frame. These protocols are decoded using the ASN decoder and examined for further analysis.

Responsibilities :

oAnalysing the requirements for supporting the generic decoding & encoding of ASN.1 data structures using Basic Encoding Rules (BER) & Packed Encoding Rules (PER).

oHigh level designing of system and documentation of the High Level Design document.

oDeveloping a generic engine for the BER structures.

oDeveloping the test simulator for the system to test engine functionality.
