As Project Manager worked on projects for NYCSCA.
Independently managed and completed the exterior modernization and roofing works at P.S. 138 Q and Francis Lewis High School, Queens - Total of $6M. Also completed renovation and addition projects at NYC colleges and at Stony Brook campuses i.e. at Old Westbury and at Stony Brook.
These projects involved replacement of exterior panels, glass curtain walls, complete replacement of corridor paved flooring, bathroom renovations. Cost of renovation ranged from $2M to $8M. Prepared and updated schedules on P3, Submittals, Site Safety plans, DOB/DOT permits for sidewalk bridges and buildings, subcontractor approvals and all other related paperwork for these projects.
