Objective

Seeking a job in Forklift Operation within a Warehouse type environment, where performance to an employer’s expectations and satisfaction is maintained, utilizing all safety and housekeeping requirements as well as care and maintenance of area equipment. Not seeking a career or upwardly mobile possibilities such as a supervisory position, though I have had experience in both, is not my ultimate goal. I am a disabled veteran with years of experience in all phases of warehousing loading and unloading of all types of trucks and also railcars, from docking situations as well as the ground. At this point in my life my major goal is obtaining employment that will assist in my being able to care for my family, my current disability income is no longer able to keep up with the rising cost of living. I am a conscientious worker and pride myself on a high degree of integrity. Loyalty and achievement of employer goals is what I find most important at this stage of my life. I have not researched the fact but it is my understanding that the government provides incentives for employers that take into account situations that veterans strive to improve upon.
