To whom it may concern:

I am writing to inquire about the Administrative Assistant position with your company. I was made known of the position available from the Glassdoor website.

I have spent the last two years working as an Office Administrator/ Legal Assistant/ Law Clerk with a very reputable personal injury law firm. Some of my duties included answering the phone, greeting clients, preparing letters and documents for trial and scheduling of the partner’s calendar. Previously, I had spent eight years working as both a Receptionist and an Office Administrator in real estate. I had the opportunity to plan events, process all real estate transactions, and was in charge of managing, hiring and firing the part time staff. My time working in both and law and real estate allowed me to work independently on a daily basis which I believe is an asset to working in an office environment.

I believe that my education and my experience would be an asset to your company and I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this with you. My phone number is 613-***-**** if you wish to contact me or I can be reached by e-mail at *******.*******@*****.***.

Sincerely,

Crystal Nelms
