JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Leave administration
Recording of leave forms in the duty rooster, Z168 and G102 registers.
Updating the Z168 daily.
Filling the leave forms in the SV files.
2. Overtime allowances
Calculations of all allowances such as Sundays and public holidays, night shift, standby and planned or unplanned overtime. they must be recorded on the G224s and be signed the head of the center and must not exit 48 hours per month. 3. Compiling monthly statistics
4. Capturing the leaves on Persal
5. Recording of special allowances on the salary cards
The Z198 salary cards must be updated whenever the salary is adjusted. 6. Housing allowance
An annual declaration that the allowance is received must be completed by all officials receiving housing allowance and proof of registered bond must be submitted to personnel offices.
7. Subsistence and travelling claims
Communication letters must be submitted to personnel prior the departure and must be approved at the delegated level.
The claim form and the supporting document must be properly completed.
All claims must be submitted for approval within seven days upon the return from a trip and then captured within three days upon receipt thereof.
The amount must be calculated correctly.
