-Assistant to Bruce Goldman, Esq., Managing Partner of the firm. Also completed work assigned by Elliot I. Kramer, Esq. and the Associate when needed.

-Prepare and review commercial Contracts, Buy/Sell Agreements, Statements of Work (SOW), etc., keep track of correspondence and email regarding same.

-Prepare Probate for Wills and submit to Court; prepare and mail Notice of Probate; prepare and file Proofs of Mailing.
