Duties : Performing Maintenance and repairing Hydro power station plant equipment. Stripping and assembling of plant components (turbines, pumps, bearings, couplings, heat exchangers, and strainers ).Assembling, aligning and setting components. Testing and commissioning plants Providing support on breakdown repairs to equipment on the plant. Do risk analysis before starting any task.

Doing maintenance and outages as for refurbishment on Hydro - Stations performing daily operational maintenance on the plant. Opening and closing dam, and cooling system, stand-by diesel, overhead cranes, balancing air and oil in the accumulator. Taking good care of tools, equipment and workshop machines and installing of heat exchanger, pumps, water pipes, oil pipes and align couplings, belt and drive chain. Do some work on the lathe and milling machine.
