Ten years of work on the GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) for ACT, writing and reviewing Verbal, Quantitative, and Integrated Reasoning questions, recruiting and supervising external content providers, evaluating test statistics, and developing new question formats. Writing and reviewing test content (questions and passages) for other programs, including ACT Mathematics, Compass Mathematics, ACT Science, and ACT English Language Arts. Eight years of full-time teaching of both graduate and undergraduate philosophy at the Universities of Cape Town, Transkei, and Oklahoma, with three years as head of department at the University of Transkei (now the major part of Walter Sisulu University).
