Contributed to Bottom Line: Managed the Human Resources function under tight budgetary guidelines enabling HR to become an effective “Business Partner” within the company. Created an internal “EAP” – employee assistance program with no cost to the company which resulted in less absenteeism, sick time, a more productive team – a good “ROI”.
