1.Internal Medicine/Cardiology: Outpatient management of primarily geriatric population with a focus in cardiology.
2.Emergency Room: Completed at Cleveland Clinic Florida.
3.Trauma Surgery: Respond to trauma alerts, multiple on-call shifts, assisted emergent trauma related surgeries and general surgeries. Practiced various skills such as laceration repair, chest tube placement, intubation, wound management and care.
4.OB/GYN: Inpatient, outpatient, and operating room experience.
5.Behavioral Health: Inpatient crisis care unit. Performed initial psychiatric evaluation, daily evaluations, and assisted in psychiatric management.
6.Family Medicine: Outpatient care in the heart of Miami. Emphasis on addiction medicine and immigration physicals.
7.Pediatrics: Outpatient pediatric urgent care clinic.
8.Cardiothoracic Surgery: Inpatient, outpatient, and operating room experience. Assist various cardiac and thoracic surgeries including but not limited to: valve replacements, thoracoscopy and thoracotomy, aortic root repair and replacement, lung biopsy and resection, removal of chest tumors.

The duties of a Scribe are to document the physician dictated patient history, physical examination, family, social, and past medical history. As well as document procedures, lab results, dictated radiographic impressions made by the supervising physician and any other information pertaining to the patient’s encounter in the Emergency Department or other clinical medical setting.
