Below are a few highlights of my career, which has been leveraged from the “Best Practices” gathered from multiple industries and stood the scrutiny of many state and federal auditing bodies.

I have had full P&L responsibility of a 165 million dollar international business unit spread across multiple facilities. My succession management planning has led to sustaining business results which impacted the bottom line. I am open to relocation, as well as heavy travel including internationally.

Leadership transcends all business models, someone once said, “No candidate is perfect, but some are just more perfect than others.” My Non-Compete has expired and I have leveraged my diversified experiences to the bottom line of many business models which challenges the “Status Quo” and delivered financial value to the bottom line.

Most importantly, I can offer the following value-adds that would be crucial in moving any company forward:

A macro level leadership impact on small & large teams, strategic vision, with full P&L

The ability to leverage “Best Practices” from many industries

Proven ability to develop and execute a strategic plan for growth

Excellent collaboration and team building experience with Creativity before Capital expense

Firm understanding of systems, processes, and business fundamentals from the micro level of reading Blue Prints, new building construction and building modification with the forward thinking of built in expansion points of electrical, plumbing and mechanical needs for the future. Reviewed specification sheets for all Material & Labor Cost’s, which mitigated cost over-runs.

An excellent ability to communicate effectively at the Board level, as well as the Professionally License (Industrial, Materials, Electrical, Mechanical and Process Engineers) and most importantly to the plant / floor associate level who are the customers of capital projects.

Strong Lean Six Sigma toolset to help develop solutions to other customer problems

Recruiting, Labor Relations experience (To include being a Management Strike Team member)

Compliance with State and Federal legislation, CMS, Texas Public Health Code

In closing, my ability to influence and simplify complex issues and translate this into strategic action plans from a white paper to a standard operation process with enduring results has borne the scrutiny and numerous quality audits of the US Department of Agriculture, Food and Drug Administration, US Department of Labor (Teamsters Local 173), Department of Transportation, Federal Railroad Administration, American Petroleum Institute, Chlorine Institute, Environmental Protection Agency, TECQ, OSHA, the Joint Commission, and ISO certification of 9001 and 14000 (re)certification, as well as many international client audits. As an electrician I have a clear understanding of NFPA and National Electrical Codes (i.e. Class 1 Division 2) applications as we built a New Chemical Plant which Manufactures & Distributed Water Base and Solvent Base chemical compounds in Batavia, Illinois.
