Assisting:
Assisting the admin team for document verification.
Assisting accounts with salary transfer - transport arrangement and coordination.
Analysing:
To conduct review meeting of drivers, conductors and cleaners.
To ensure drivers and conductors attendance, OT sheet and other supporting documents are shared on time for salary transfer.
To discuss plan of action with the Administrator.
To inspect the school buses and ensure that it is in good condition and to report the issue to get it fixed at the earliest.

Budgeting:

Supervising:
To identify the repairs and maintenance work that needs to be done before school re-opens.

To follow and get quotation from vendors on the new requirements.
To present the quotation with management committee and get approval for the same.
To coordinate with vendors and ensure the work is done on time.
To submit work completion report to Administrator on regular basis.
To ensure transport arrangement is made for teachers, staff, drivers and conductors to airport for vacation.
To place and get approval for man power requirements of drivers and conductors, if any.
To place and get approval for buses requirements, if any.
