In this site vendors can register with their company profile, then they can purchase tender then they can able to bid that particular tender. After bidding a tender by vendors, Ministry of Justice employee (Tender Admin) can select best bidder among all the participates. Now that project assign to that vendor (winner vendor).
e-Tender System Modules
Intranet site (for admins to create users, add tenders and publish tenders).
Internet site (for public to register vendors and bid the tenders).
Admin : Admin can create users, edit users, delete users.. Admin can add new tenders, edit existing tenders, delete tenders, approve or reject tenders finally publish tenders. Admin can check all vendors information and check all the documents submitted by the vendors, then Approve the vendor if all documents are valid otherwise admin can Reject the vendor. Approved vendors can only login into the site and they purchase tenders online then they can bid for tenders.

Application deserialize the response into class object and shows all the information
