This I was able to achieve by exploring new markets, identify the variables responsible for the high cost of production reducing them to the barest minimal and communicating to the board of directors about what to do to increase profitability.

I was able to introduce the principle of synergy and implement it in the work place such that it had improved the interpersonal relationship in the work place, improve productivity and reduce the wastage of resources.

I have been able to manage our relationship with our clients by listening to their complaints and resolving them within the shortest possible time.

I have been able to cut cost by an average of 30%. This I was able to achieve by identifying the cost incurred by the business after conducting several cost analysis, categorize the cost in such that it is easy to know which of the costs are less relevant and working on minimizing it.

I have been able to communicate the strategy for exploring new market with shareholders which had helped to broaden our scope.

I have been able to introduce fringe benefits such as pension scheme, health insurance scheme to my organization which had improved the productivity of the organization and improved workers satisfaction.
