Job Description

Operation, calibration and troubleshooting of various Instrument Like;- FTIR,UV-Vis Spectroscopy, KF Titrator, Melting range apparatus, moisture Balance, Analytical Balance and Potentiometer, Polari meter, pH meter, Conductivity meter,Tap density.

Analysis of RM product (API & excipients).

Analysis of Raw water, purified water and WFI.

Exposure to HPLC operations.

Testing of Heavy metals, Solubility, Residue on Ignition, Sulphated

Ash, LOD, UV, Water Content, SOR, Tap Density, IR and other test like Average weight, Uniformity of weight.

Preparation of ROA (Record of analysis), Documentation.

Safety standards implementation as per DRLs Lab Safety Standards.

5S Implementation at Lab and Document Racks.

KAIZEN initiatives and its implementation to improve and simplify the process.

Documentation Work (URS,DQ,IQ,OQ,PQ of Instrument).

Issuance of Miscellaneous test data sheet, Generate the Minor and major Incident number.

Operation of other instrument like Dissolution Apparatus.
