Designation: Projects & Application Engineer
As a project and Application Engineer, my primary role and responsibilities are:
Understanding application of valves in power plant, refinery, FPSO, and chemical industries.
Proper selection of valves as per the piping material compatibility and service recommend by client.
Provide support to all expense projects and maintain accuracy in all piping project and ensure compliance to all piping material specifications and maintain knowledge on all orders
Study and analyze received customer enquiries and seek clarifications from other relevant department.
Proper selection and sizing of the Pneumatic, Electrical, Hydraulic actuator.
Detail calculation of actuator sizing and their accessories according to specific valves service specification.
Analyze all mechanical designs and prepare various concepts for piping designs and develop required mechanical drawings.
Prepare systematic, error free & timely costing sheets, techno commercial offers, and technical data sheets as per customer's requirements refereeing to company's standards.
Resolve the technical & commercial queries raised by customers during Pre order stage and post order stage.
Coordinate with contractors and other project team members to deliver high quality product within specified time frames.
Identified design, process and equipment options to satisfy client needs, minimize costs and limit potential, Operational problems.
Maintained timely and accurate oral and written technical reports regarding assigned engineering activities.
Prepare accurate work order schedule & technical requirements sheet for smooth execution of work.
Expanded technical skills through continuing education courses and outside seminars and webinars.
Collaborated closely with procurement teams and suppliers on purchase and delivery of components and assemblies.
Provided awareness and understanding of overall project portfolio, interactions and issues.
Developed engineering plans, specifications and bid documents.
Ensuring timely submission of Data sheet, GAD, and TC report during post order stage.
Reviewing inspection and test plan or quality assurance plan during ordering stage.
Reviewing LOI critically & PO received from customer and seek clarification if any, maintain MIS of received enquiries and offer submitted.
Act as department representative in VSM and ISO, and other applicable standards' Audits.
Conducting bid review meeting (BRM) with concern HOD of the relevant department like Design, Production, Procurement, Planning etc.
Negotiates with sub vendor during order execution as well as during finalization.
Attending KOM with internal department for the smooth execution of order.
Getting final approvals form client for order execution. According to project schedule and prepare appropriate forecasts.

Designation: Projects & Proposal Engineer
As a Proposal & Projects Engineer, my primary role and responsibilities are:
Comprehending customer specifications and requirements both technically & commercially for Hydrazine, Ammonia, Morpholine, Antifoam, Antiscale, NaOH, Corrosion Inhibitor, Demulsifier, Ammonium Polysulfide and OXYGEN Dosing Systems for Power plants, Oil wells, Oil Refineries etc. in order to prepare techno-commercial offers for Low pressure and High pressure chemical dosing systems as per customer requirements and product specification.
To understand the application of system to be offered and highlight the key points by reviewing the MR documents thoroughly.
Selection of material as per ASTM, ASME, EIL, ISMC standards according to project specs.
Technical selection of pump models as per customer specification & datasheets.
Detail Calculation of rotating equipment like pump, agitator, etc.
Lite sizing of pipe, equipment, instrument with process requirement.
Ensure proper routine of pipes and tubes during the design stage.
Preparation of detailed costing sheet as per BOM and project specifications.
Preparation of Technical Datasheet, P&ID, Equipment Layout, Reference List, Contract documents as per project specification and requirements.
Preparation all installation and selection documents for all mechanical equipment. Collaborate with team of designers to complete all mechanical capital projects and provide all engineering support.
Preparation of Techno-commercial offer and timely submissions to meet customer deadlines.
Follow-up on a continuous basis with customers to resolve the techno-commercial queries & negotiate to convert the sales quotes into orders.
Coordinate with various teams to administer all assignments. Provide appropriate solutions for all parties and evaluate and analyze all client requirements and design all piping specifications for clients and recommend appropriate alternatives
After receipt of PO, coordinate with factory, for timely submission of all the relevant documents like Order acknowledgment, GA drawings, P&ID, Production plans, Pro-forma invoices etc. for smooth execution of customer orders.
Provide support to all purchase activities and evaluate all vendor submittals. Inspect all mechanical equipment and analyze all equipment and ensure adherence to all present technology
Successfully handled PAN India level customers like EIL, BHEL, THERMAX, UDHE India, L&T Ltd, NTPC, MAHAGENCO, HPCL, IOCL, BPCL, CPCL, RELIANCE, CAIRN India, TECHNIP, ISGEC, JACOBS, PUNJ LLOYD etc.
Coordinate with customer and factory to arrange third party inspection at factory & provide relevant documents in advance to quality department for smooth inspection activity.
Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing. Define and maintain documented category and supplier strategies using market and competitive data.
Develop, implement and drive the procurement strategies in order to meet cost savings targets. Coordinate with vendor on continuous quality improvement.
Ensuring preparation of Safety, Operation & Maintenance Manual from factory for submission to customer along with the delivery of material.
Ensuring preparation of Material Test Certificates, Calibration Reports, Lab Test Certificates, and other project related documents from factory for submission to customer along with the delivery of material.
Getting final CODE approvals form client for order execution.
According to project schedule and prepare appropriate forecasts.
