Duties:

Schedule treatment services and provide weekly LPC/ LADC clinical supervision

Manage / facilitate weekly program staff meetings and consultations

Supervise Admissions, State Waiting List, referrals, crisis, and discharge decisions

Maintain contract compliance with all governing agencies and referral sources

Provide property management and help coordinate maintenance services when required

Coordinate budget decision-making with Catalyst Administration

Supervise program billing for OHCA / ODMHSAS / USDC / private pay / other

Approve property supply budget, necessary expenditures, and adjust budget as needed

Address program staff job performance issues and complete yearly employee evaluations

Perform interviewing, staff training, and termination functions, and approve /decline leave time for program staff

Investigate and resolve clientele grievances and perform program audits

Consult with agency medical director, RN, Med Tech to ensure clientele medical needs are met

Handle search warrants, arrest warrants, subpoenas, and other legal actions

Assign new clients to a program Therapist

Manage and coordinate health, wellness, and recreational services for program clientele

Perform and coordinate on-call duty and assign coverage as needed

Supervise program training of interns, practicum students, and volunteers through coordination with local Universities

Provide individual counseling, treatment planning, crisis intervention, documentation, and case management as needed
