Manufacturing company with approximately 90 employees that provides custom forged, heat treated, and precision machined, non-ferrous products to a variety of industries (non-automotive).

Vice President and Chief Administrative Executive 2013 – Present

Responsible for managers that oversee accounting, information systems, ERP, and human resources.

Prepared short and long-term strategic plans and budgets based on corporate goals. Participated in quarterly and annual strategic planning meetings.

Implemented and trained management team members on hiring process which started with identification of the job opening and ended with completion of the onboarding process. This new system promoted consistency through checklists and accountabilities and ultimately decreased new hire turnover.
