Worked on project presentation of Fundamental and Technical Analysis of the USD/SGD currency in the Forex Market.

Investment Banking

Worked on developing an algorithm for the USD/CAD currency trading on OTC markets by considering all the prevailing risks, with the assumption that the pricing engines are provided by the banks. The algorithm also supported the functionality to buy and sell at the prevailing best bids and asks with stop-loss limit consideration.

Corporate Finance

Analysing and Reporting of the stocks in the US Markets for the companies such as Walmart (WMT) and Valeant Pharmaceutical(VRX) using the Ratio Analysis, Trend Analysis.

Risk Management

Presented a paper on disruption innovation in finance industry. Due to the innovation of new products, how the pre-existing products got disrupted without a strategic coherent framework of mitigating the risks in a probabilistic manner combined with traditional methods.

Case Study

Securitization of reverse mortgages.

Thesis

The final paper presented was about Portfolio Insurance and its Strategies. Portfolio Insurance which was one of the main reasons for Market Crash of 1987, however the paper presented concentrates on how to profit from this investment with better strategies and modeling techniques. The financial modeling was done using excel and VBA.

Worked as Business Analyst for the Compliance Project initiated by MAS.

Involved in meetings with the other parties and also with the G3 committee, which involved many representatives from other banks too.

Involved in gathering the requirements from the SilverLake (Host System) and talking to front end for CBM.

Worked in developing functionality transformation for teller applications(RBS) to create, maintain customer account along with providing functionalities of retail banking.
