Understand the procedures and processes for securing complex complicated loans and processed over$10 Million in loans in the first year and advised commercial loan officers.

Financed a project costing $9.4M with a $4.7M loan for a 50% Loan to Value resulting in a very satisfied customer that deposited a bulk of the eventual sale of the business in the bank.

Helped lead the bank from a loan production office in 2008 to receiving its commercial bank charter in April of 2009. Started out with zero deposits and through great teamwork raised over $77M in deposits and booked over $36M in loans within eighteen months of existence.

Exceeded the yearly stretch goal for loan generation by over $5M and exceeded the fees goal as well by approximately $50K.

Utilized past referral sources and existing customers to grow the client network by 50% - 60% and to exceed the commercial loan goals.

Network with previous customers led to a request to close two loans for $3M in one week resulting in two loans approved on Monday with closing and funding on Thursday. Obtained a large fee and very happy and loyal customer.

Opened a loan production office as well as a 4,000-sq. ft. retail / commercial facility in Chandler.
