Integration of StubWing on SARAS aircraft fitted with Pratt & Whitney PT6A-67A turboprop engine are as detailed below:

Layout, inspection, assembling of Front-Spar as well as

Rear- Spar on the Stub Wing.

Assembling of Root Rib, Mid Rib, End Rib and Yoke assembly on the Stub wing.

Rivetting of solid rivets as well as blind rivets on the skin of stub wing.

Integration of Nacelle on the respective aircraft fitted with Pratt & Whitney PT 6A-67A turboprop engine

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of HANSA 3 Aircraft fitted with

ROTAX 914 F3 engine are as detailed below:

Preflight, 25 Hrs, 50 Hrs, 100 Hrs & C of A inspections.

Integration and Assembly of HANSA-3 Aircraft, Snag rectification on

Airframe and Engine, including minor repairs on composite structures.

Assembly & Installation of ROTAX 914 F3 Engine.

Installation of nose and main undercarriages.

INTEGRATION AND INSTALLATION OF AVCO LYCOMING IO-540 ENGINE ASSEMBLY FOR NM5-100 AIRCRAFT

Design inputs & fabrication of air induction systems and cooling systems.

Integration of exhaust systems as well as engine fuel systems.

Installation of oil cooler and its accessories.

COMPONENT OVERHAUL DIVISION (From 01-06 2005 To 30-11-2005)

Undergone practical on job training as an implant trainee with M/s Air India Limited, Mumbai, for Six months as given below:

1. Systems Control Group

Overhaul/repair/modification of Air-conditioning, fuel, oil and water system, mechanical components of Boeing747-200/300/400 and AirbusA310 A/C

2. Cabin Safety & Survival Equipment Group.

Overhaul/ repair/modification of slide/rafts/lifevests,Pax/crew chairs and pressure vessels of Boeing747-200/300/400 and Airbus A310 A/C

3. Structural Repair Group.

Structural Repair Group including riveting and repairing of Metal/composite materials of Boeing747-200/300/400 and Airbus A310 A/C

4. Under-carriage Group.

Overhaul/repair/modification of Landing Gear/wheels/brakes of Boeing747-200/300/400 and Airbus A310 A/C and also assisted in Fluorescent Particle inspection and Magnetic Particle inspection.
