● Negotiated solutions with Suppliers and designed solutions to reduce aluminum scrap rate by 60%, as a part of a Six Sigma Greenbelt Project.

● Error-proofed dies and tooling by redesigning them, resulting in higher process capabilities and a faster cycle time due to reduced product inspection.
