Accounts Payable-data entry, coordinating approvals from engineering for all invoices, running control reports and check printing for three Partnerships.
Accounts Receivable-responsible for billing out to clients an invoice on a quarterly basis and following up with the clients if the receivables gets behind.
Joint Interest Billing-For the 20 plus wells operated by Five States, cross trained with the staff accountant responsible for the operated properties and helped code the expenses to bill out to the working interest owners.
Revenue-enter revenue for working interest and override on the non-operated properties. Reconcile to the 1099s at year end and follow up with purchasers on any discrepancies.
General Ledger Accounting-enter the monthly journal entries into Petroware, our accounting software system and reconcile the various accounts.
Prepare reports and work with auditors on a yearly basis. Research questions and provide documentation for expenses and revenue.
Prepare quarterly financials for the bank-run the balance sheet and income statement from our three operating companies from Petroware. Combine the three companies by entering the information into an excel spreadsheet with formulas to link the three spreadsheets together. Responsible for the consolidated income, liabilities, cash flow and changes in equity statements.
Implemented as administrator on the Petroware accounting software system the conversion of revenue data entry to CDEX reducing date entry and errors each month. This involved researching budgets for the software, getting the contracts approved by upper management and mapping the wells in CDEX
File workers compensation taxes, federal taxes and print W2s.

Booked rental property revenue and expenses.
Maintained the personal books for the Hunts. Primarily responsible for maintaining the stocks and bonds statements and balancing to the various broker statements on a monthly basis.
Responsible for paying all personal expenses for the Hunt family and providing personal financials on a quarterly basis.
