Experience and Qualifications Production:

Implemented policies and procedures to reduce loss of revenue to shipping department. These standards brought quality service along with an overall increase in productivity from approximately 100 to over 250 packages a day.

Scheduling:

Used a computerized system to forecast upcoming surgery cases up to a week ahead or more. Coordinated personnel to meet their daily requirements while maintaining local deliveries and pickups through company drivers and courier services. Set up of LTL and full truckload services for trade shows and expositions.

Quality Control:

Reviewed the needs requested for surgery before instruments and implants are delivered to hospitals. Photo verification sent to sales representative before and after completion. Oversaw that all procedures and quality measures were met to ensure shipments and deliveries in a timely manner. Verified all loaner sets for surgeries as well as retuning them within the required time frame. Worked with teams to restock sets used in previous cases. Discovered new ways to protect the product through cost effective packaging.
