.Duties of Receptionist & Admin

Greeting and assisting by providing the information needed or referring them to the correct staff member. Attending walk in visitors or customers. Documenting walk in visitors or customers details, information or contact details. Taking messages and transfers callers to appropriate department. Also manages general administrative duties, such as offering or asking for tea/coffee to the visitors, taking of plants, straightening magazines, maintain the lobby or reception area is clean or not etc.
