Managed daily functions and productivity of production control staff of 7 associates, in processing, preparing and planning daily facility work schedules, taking into account manpower, materials availability and other capacity restrictions.

Increased on time shipment percentage for CORE customers from 80.4% to 96.2% by monitoring current processing deficiencies, and increasing visibility of problematic items throughout process flow.
