Reformed departmental work processes to facilitate a 21% reduction in personnel needed to complete required daily work load, as a direct result tasks that were previously outsourced were returned to production control.

Created and maintained facility production schedules for multiple manufacturing areas, and regional satellite manufacturing facilities.

Forecasted, maintained and set stocking requirements ( MOQ’s and ROP’s )for over 800 SKU’s in 7 product lines for local facility and distribution centers

Coordinated yearly physical inventories and weekly cycle counts, which resulted in the company maintaining a 3% variance on average monthly inventory of 17.4 million
