Diploma in Office Administration and Coursework in the Accounting Field.

Administration:

Perform duties such as maintain a switchboard phone, relaying telephone calls and messages, machine dictation, word processing, personnel file management, data entry, filing, faxing, and photocopying.

Accounting & Bookkeeping:

Issue invoices, and account statements using computerized system.

Receive payments and organized in debit, credit, cash, or cheque categories.

Reconcile applicable reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Daily bank reconciliation and deposits with Garda World.

Customer Service:

Welcome visitors and direct professionals and clients to appropriate person or location, handled customer inquiries and complaints.

Facilitate new employee orientation, training, evaluation, and occasional disciplinary action.

Assisted Management staff with employee and appointment scheduling.

Responsible for overseeing 20 plus employees.
