Role: Test Engineer

Project Description: Optum CPMS (Complex Population Management System): Salesforce based application. This Application is used for Customer relation and outreach management for the list of members from healthcare plan in order to get content to provide services to the users with different health plan such as Medicare and Medicaid. This application also helps in tracking diagnosis and maintain revenue cycle components which vary according to the health plan to order to bill.

Responsibilities:

Worked in Agile environment and provided testing of complex next generation features along with working in Appium, Selenium-WebDriver, Robot framework.

Developed and implemented test plans, test cases and scripts and performed Test Data Management and test execution using both manually and through automated process for specific business scenarios.

Project Description: State Farm is insurance company. It offers insurance for health, life, car and business oriented insurance policies. System was upgraded and maintained and used HIPAA, HL7 standards and CJIS security policy. This is an enterprise software system managing providers, subscribers, members, vendors, employees and accounting.

Responsibilities:

Working in Agile Scrum Environment and Developed automated test scripts using Selenium and in Java Eclipse and conducted performance testing using LoadRunner

Develop Test data, Test Plan, Test scenarios, Test cases, Test Scripts, Test execution and Traceability Matrix.

Responsibilities:
