We prepared the documents which is related to Owner’s perspective like designing, constructability review and risk assessment, budget and cost funding, building permits, bid package strategy.

Assistant Project: Villa Park European Style homes, Orange County, USA Sep’15-Dec’15 Construction cost estimating and bidding:

Performed quantity take offs and cost estimations for the European style residential home Located in orange county area.

Estimated the residential building overall cost, had an excellent outcome in our bid package.
