Worked as Mechanical Sales and Site Engineer for number of projects, below being some major projects.
• Sectional Tube Replacement of Boiler-12 at Abqaiq plant (ARAMCO) - lead a team of workers to replace 30% of the Boiler-12 tubes from steam drum to water drum.
• Radiant Heater Tube Replacement of Ethylene Furnace (Saudi Chevron) scrapping out old coils, assembly and installation of new heater coils U bends (13 m length).
• Partial Tube Replacement for COB-B Boiler at Saudi Kayan (SABIC).
• Complete refurbishment of heat-exchanger from scratch for Al Khafji Joint Operations (KJO)
