Brief Discussion:

The blends of fuel made from mixture of castor and mustard oil are fueled and tested afterwards the results of it are analyzed and suitable fuel blend that can easily replace diesel is found out.

Title: “To reduce rejection of MNX-922 Contactor”.

Description:

The company was facing a problem of rejection in the contactor line which made the company to suffer loses. We analyzed the processes and suggested various measures for reducing the rejection. We conducted trials on the faulty contactors and finally we are able to identify the main cause of rejection. With the help of experts in the company we are able to solve the problem of rejection and increase the productivity of contactor line.

Title: “Fixture design for automotive application”

Description:

Commercial traub machines are fully automated, but they are having manual feeding of workpiece to the chuck. Focusing on the worker safety and less rework we have designed a fixture which will feed the workpiece to chuck. After installing the automated feeding the cost of skilled worker has been reduced drastically and also the rework is reduced.

Title: “Customized steering system for all terrain vehicle”

Description:

The requirement of good steering system is to have minimum bump steer and accurate Ackermann geometry followed to avoid skidding of vehicle. We have designed a customized steering system for all terrain vehicle considering wheel base, track width and driver ergonomics by using rack and pinion steering system and achieved a turning radius of 3.20 m.
