Manage the IT Infrastructure solutions, operations and issues resolution with internal infrastructure team and external vendors

Drive all aspects including tech refreshes, expansion, and upgrades of new infrastructure, coordination for the implementation & deployment, equipment maintenance and documentation of guidelines, test plans & work procedure
