GENERAL = Oscar Armando Delgado, MD, graduated in 1981 in San Salvador, El Salvador at the National Autonomous University of El Salvador. US citizen and El Salvador citizen. I've had four years of medical residency in Family Medicine and General Surgery. Since 2005 I have worked in El Salvador in Zacatecoluca, Santa Tecla, San Salvador, and the last year in San Matias, a town in a rural area. My medical experience in the USA is having worked in the Health Administration of USPS. I have done more than 60 C-sections, more than 30 Laparotomies, and more surgery. My last surgical job was appendectomy in December 2014. I like to work in rural areas.
