Value Stream Manager – Maintenance Support (September 2012 – July 2017)

Direct and coordinate overall maintenance operations for support areas including; machine shop, pressroom, plastics, lube, laborers, and the reliability team. Manage engineering and lean manufacturing projects, 5S events, WQMS (quality) audits, and reliability maintenance / TPM programs.
