Ensured quality instruction was provided on Joint, National, International, and FCC regulatory polices regulations that govern frequency allocations throughout the world. Provided instruction to students on spectrum management mathematics and physics, communications electronic theory, spectrum management policies and administration, spectrum planning and engineering, electronic warfare as it relates to spectrum management culminating in a 3 day End of Course Capstone. Additionally, provided instruction to students using the latest software versions of Spectrum XXI (4.2.7), ACES/JACES (3.5), SPEED (11.1.2.), Coalition Joint Spectrum Management Planning Tool (215.4), S2AS System (Spectrum Analyzer PR-100, MANCAT, RFCAT), and very knowledgeable on AESOP software. Selected to validate ACES/JACES version 3.4 Software and Technical Bulletin. Attended 56 hours of PR-100 training given by Rhodes & Schwarz. Upon return, assigned to revise and update training curriculum for current and future spectrum managers. Graduate of the Joint Electronic Warfare Theater Operation Course (JEWTOC) and very knowledgeable as to how spectrum management relates to Electronic Warfare (EW). Provided superb training to students which earned the course an Institution of Excellence throughout Quality Assurance Inspections conducted by TRADOC in 2012 and 2013. My abilities in understanding the dynamics of the of the course and what it takes to ensure quality training to students is nothing short of exemplary.
