e) Receiving of stock - Cross checking that invoices correspond with Goods Delivered. f) Ensuring that temperatures in Hot & Cold Deli, as well as Bakery is correct, by making use of a thermometer Hot Foods above 65 degrees Celsius & Cold Foods between -2 & -6 degrees. g) Scheduling of staff - Day shift & night shift - Ensuring that enough staff is scheduled over busy times

(weekends, month ends, holidays etc.) - Controlling & checking of floats. h) Cash Office management

i) Front end duties - Controlling & Managing of Cashiers, packers & help with Customer Related Problems. j) Customer Service - Ensuring Excellent Customer Service at all times. k) Opening & closing of store - Controlling of Keys, Security procedures, Alarms etc. l) Standby & safe keeping of keys

4.8.2 Was transferred from the 1st of September 2012 to Rustenburg to help with the opening of a Brand New Checkers Hyper.

4.8.3 Help build the new store from scratch, each & every department. Store opened on the 29 th of November 2012 & it was a huge success.
