A.Presently working as a Project Engineer in Improve Traders Pvt. Ltd. Since 1st April 2016 to till date.

Improve Traders Pvt. Ltd is a Civil construction company which working many commercial and residential projects in multiple city or multiple state with having a good track report of quality assurance.

Successfully completed the project’s 1st phase in Sept. 2017 before the scheduled time in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Responsibilities

Execution Building work like Excavation, Shuttering, RCC, PCC, Brick works, plastering, painting, Fabrication, Aluminum work, flooring, false ceiling, Plumbing, Internal road and sewerage and etc

Preparing of Civil RA bills of Vendors/Contractors with respect to work done at site.

Preparing quantity and analyzing rates for non work order items.

Day to day follow up with supervisors for work progress, materials requirement etc.

Attending the meetings with clients for solving hindrances raised by site and any other discrepancies.
