On Field Experience (CHINA)

Spent one week at Xintai Mountain range for Geological tour July 2015

Where we saw the different rock formations, we learnt the Geological features of “Ma Tou” horse head range.

Spent a month in Dongying, China July 2016

Where I spent one week at a Drilling rig site at the Shengli Oil Field, where learnt about the difference types of Drilling bits, fishing tools, and different drilling operations and cementing operations

One week for Production and I learnt how Natural following well, PCP and ESP works and their differences, I visited the Steam generation plants, and analyzed the steam flooding methods in application learnt about the different types of production pumps in use.

One week at the planning departments of the Shengli Oil field, where I learnt the Reservoir Simulation, using 3D models using The CMG, a brief introduction of the software, I have learn heavy Oil concepts and well test interpretations methods of fractured Horizontal wells.
