Job Description

:

-Responsible to plan cargo (especially dangerous cargo) on board and communicate with central

planners & line managers in Marseille (France), then instruct/explain the captains & vessel’s

chief officers the stowing plan for vessels calling all over the world such as FAL SVC,NEMO SVC,

WAX SVC,ASEA SVC,MOZEX SVC FAS FEEDER SVC, BEX SVC,MED SVC etc

-Responsible to assist /instruct terminal/port planners (PORT KLANG WESTPORT/NORTHPORT) the prestowing & stowing plan onboard the vessel

-Responsible to monitor the whole operation while in port,giving progress report on timely basis and monitor port stay to get the shorten cargo operation hours possible for vessels.

-Responsible as a decision maker; adding/shut-out cargo during cargo operation on-going in

terminal on behalf central planners & line managers in Marseille (France) for vessels calling

MYPKG.

-Responsible to instruct/monitor bunker surveyor & bunker operator from start to finish within time frame given

-Responsible to plan vessel berthing, monitor cargo operations hours, monitor vessel bunkering, and monitor boarding officers for vessels husbandry matters in Port Klang.

-Responsible to create & close Vessels Port Call Dossier (in Worldwide CMA-CGM system called

LARA) for South East Asia Ports and control the cargo operation cost for every port of call.

Job Description

:

-Responsible vessel berth planning and over all berthing arrangement for incoming/outgoing vessel.

-Communicate with Master Command (Ship Captain) via VHF set on berthing time for arrival and so for the departure time.

-Arranging crane positioning at quay/wharf side in order to maximize cranes usage in view to optimize operation productivity basis meter mark and length overall of the vessel.

-Planning on tugboat usage and pilot nomination basis length overall of the vessel.

-Ensuring port entrance traffic channel are safe and sound at all time in accordance with LPK/PORT KLANG TRAFFIC rules and regulation.

-Monitor completion of the operation time (discharge/loading ops) for best arrival/departure pilot time booking which taking into consideration tugboat availability, pilot availability and the traffic condition.

-Act as middle man/point of contact between port operator and shipping agent on all matters regarding their vessel such as eta, etd,last port of call,estimate container moves to discharge and load etc.

:

-Main role on maintenance, repairing, testing, engine change, engine run and all relevant matters for the aircraft in attendance of the license aircraft maintainence engineer
