My experience includes work with General, Mechanical, Electrical and Specialty Contractors on projects in the commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, hospital, and health care facilities, pharmaceutical, corporate sector. This experience covers input from Pre-Construction Planning to start–up and Commissioning of systems for beneficial use and turn over to the owner. Summary of Responsibilities
Plan and review the project scope with the Project Manager. Provide input on jobsite logistics, organization, plant layout, equipment and manpower utilization. MEPS trade coordination, interacting daily with prime subcontractors and monitoring trade progress with respect to the construction schedule, reviewing and verifying work in place, and monitoring manpower levels. Assist the project team in scheduling and expediting the delivery of materials and equipment for their timely on-site delivery. Coordinate, direct and monitor the activities of subcontractors and suppliers. Coordinate the work on-site with activities of inspection agencies as required. Establish and maintain good safety and security practices for the project in accordance with company safety program. Keep Project Engineer informed as to changes made in the field, so that changes may be covered by general contract and subcontract change orders. Maintain daily construction reports.
