As the project manager for a new initiative, I was responsible to lead the team to successfully complete the due diligence phase so as to gather technical and functional information to propose the budget for the project. Key responsibilities included:

Proposal and Estimate preparation and planning for implementation of a new IT Service Management Tool, with the proposed project budget of $1.4M and a schedule of 6 months.

Project Plan preparation, identification of critical success factors, Risk Management Plan preparation. TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES LIMITED (TCS) - Bangalore, India Program Manager, Feb 2014 – July 2016

I was managing a high impact and high visibility project for a new Account outsourced to TCS. My key Roles and Responsibilities were:

Managed the quarterly project budget of $800K to execute various enhancement projects which spanned a variety of technologies. Responsibilities included monitoring and controlling the cost budget, demand and supply, resource utilization and forecasts for future months.

Led the planning and implementation of Service Transformation project for the 200+ customer applications outsourced to TCS. The challenges included implementation of ITIL Service Management framework, standardization of processes, team engagement and training, Service Governance and Reporting. I was also instrumental in establishing and leading the Service Governance team to deliver Service Performance Analytics, Insights and Reports.

Led the Service Operations, and JIRA process documentation and training for all the teams.

Key player in implementing organizational process changes for JIRA tool usage, Service Improvement, and Shift Left/Devops testing implementation.

I was the PMO lead for Information Services Vertical segment. My key Roles and Responsibilities were:

Preparing the Revenue and Gross Margin Forecasts for all the accounts tagged to the portfolio. Forecasts were based on the quarter on quarter growth targets set by the leadership.
