I worked in the Premium V group on the development of the “Northstar” powertrain. I worked on the development of the accessory drive. This included implementing a supercharger with intake system. I worked on lost foam head modifications from the high compression to low compression. I worked on the development of a dual wall exhaust system and EGR integration. I was responsible for detail drawings and support of analysis and manufacturing from concept to release.
I worked in the Inline group to develop a family of inline powertrains for light duty truck applications. I developed the cast iron exhaust system. I worked on lost foam head modifications.
