First Line Supervisor (Engineer)

US Army - Fort Stewart, Georgia (July -2015 to August-2017))

Performed first line supervisory duties in the operations and planning department in a Brigade Engineer Battalion 1st Armor Brigade Combat Team 3rd Infantry Division. Responsible for; leadership development, mentorship, individual training, discipline, welfare and morale of 10 enlisted Soldiers, 5 junior officers, 3 senior officers; assisted the battalion leadership with military decision making process in preparation for battalion/ company training missions; executed high- level of coordination between military/civilian workforce to ensure mission accomplishment.

Battalion Land and Ammunition manager responsible for forecasting, ordering training ammunition, coordinate and requesting/scheduling ranges and facilities necessary to conduct training. Saved millions of dollars worth of ammunition and explosive by properly forecasted, repackaged, and turned in ammunition in a timely manner.

Reconnaissance non-commissioned Officer providing intelligence assessment for operational friendly units in the area.

Facilitated updated training, motivation, counseling and mentorship of 8 combat engineer soldiers and their families to ensure health & welfare and mission readiness.
