Served as the technical advisor supporting USACE program areas which involved complex engineering

Checked every job site and made sure all the construction materials and activities were in compliance with project plans and specifications
Provided and submitted general view weekly reports for each project site to the USACE supervisor
Oversaw the contractors’ quality control and safety program, including the 3 phases of inspection
