Experience

Children’s Choice Pediatrics, LPN 12/2016 to 12/2017

My current position requires me to gather patient vitals, administer injections and immunizations and complete labs performed in the office accurately and completely. I am also responsible for assigning young patients to an examination room and complete well visits. I collect all pertinent data for the doctors, file state & commercial vaccines, complete necessary paper work and document all information in the Practice Fusion application.

I am responsible for reporting patient status at the end of each shift. My duties also include the treatment of patients and dispensing of required medications. I process patient orders for medication and lab diagnostics. All of my duties are time sensitive and need to be completed promptly. I am competent with the in-house clinical application and use it to order over the counter, prescribed and narcotic medical inventories.
